LinkIt! Introduces Navigator Analytics and Consultation

As 2023-24 planning ramps up, LinkIt! would like to introduce our Navigator Analytics and Consultation. This solution sits alongside the Data Warehouse, Assessment, and MTSS/RTI solutions you’ve seen featured in previous NYSCATE newsletters. Navigator Analytics offers a series of custom reports to help identify patterns and trends looking at multiple years of data, comparing schools, measuring growth, quantifying achievement gaps, predicting future performance, and more. These analyses span various data categories including the following:

• Attendance, Grades, Behavior

  • Correlate attendance, grades, and behavior with state test data, benchmarks, and College & Career Readiness data. 

• College & Career Readiness Report (AP & PSAT/SAT/ACT)

  • Explore college and career readiness analyses by achievement and demographic, as well as tracking HS graduation requirements.

• Equity Analytics 

  • Examine 5-year program enrollment rates, enrollment by school, district retention rates, and program retention rate, all disaggregated by demographic (e.g. race, gender, program).

• Student Fingertip Profiles

  • Create a custom one-page tearsheet per student ready at the start of the school year – an all-time favorite for teachers and supports differentiation from day one.

• Benchmarks

  • Access to MAP, STAR, SRI/SMI, reading levels, and i-Ready longitudinal trends to help identify areas of success and additional support needs by overall score, subscore, cohort, and demographics. 

• State Assessments/Regents

  • Capture/receive up to 5 years of State Test and Regents data broken down by demographic (e.g. race, gender, program).

• NYSESLAT 

  • Analyze up to 5 years of NYSELSLAT results, including subscores both year-over-year and by cohort.

LinkIt! launches two series of FREE MTSS online events this winter. 

LinkIt! invites you and your team to join us for two series of FREE MTSS online events this winter. 

MTSS PD Sessions: The first series of PD sessions is designed to help schools continue to enhance their understanding of MTSS and capacity to implement tiered systems of support with fidelity. These sessions are appropriate for all districts and do not focus on LinkIt's software.

Intervention Manager Software Workshops: The second series of workshops will feature Intervention Manager, LinkIt's online suite of MTSS, Gifted, ELLs, 504, and counseling tools that save educators time, enhance collaboration, and help ensure equitable support for all learners. All districts are invited to pilot Intervention Manager through the end of the school year at no cost, regardless of whether you currently subscribe to our core instructional data warehousing, assessment, and custom analytics solution.
