In this course, you will learn how to create digital escape rooms. We will begin by learning how to use Google Slides and Google Forms to create your own escape rooms. You will also learn other platforms that house escape rooms or allow for creation. You will learn practical tips and tricks for creating and using digital escape rooms in your classroom. You will create your own escape room as your final product for the course. By the end of the course, you will understand what a digital escape room is and how you can use them across various platforms.

Microsoft has been around for a long time, so it is easy to overlook some of the amazing updates that can turn your black and white activities and worksheets into interactive multimedia experiences.
In this course we will look at specific examples of traditional materials and then use TPACK and SAMR to transform that material from a Word worksheet to a Word wonder! We will look at some specific Office apps (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote...) and I will help kickstart you through transforming some materials for next year.

We will also explore ways to build a community in your classroom to help build that support.
